Intermediate men's fastball teams looking for a good start to their season should consider entering the 18th annual Mitchell Mets fastball tournament the weekend of June 6-8, 2008 in Keterson Park in Mitchell.

Normally the tournament fills quickly, but early indications are that there will be some openings this year due to a conflict with other tournaments, most notably the Niagara Snappers Shootout.

We are having a 16-team men's division, with a 3-game guarantee in a round-robin format. Entry fee is $350. Also, new this year, we are looking for an 8-team men's master's division. The entry fee is $250 for this division.

ISC II eligible pitchers only.
