All games 7 innings - no time limit
6 run mercy rule after 5 innings
All ties to be played out - no international tie breaker
Open to all ISC II teams
First 8 teams will be accepted
Entry fee to be paid by May 30, 2009
Team player list of 18 players plus coaches to be in by June 30, 2009,
to be checked to make sure players are eligible - no players can be
added after this date.
Beer tent & food booth will be available
