Rockford Metro Sports: Dick Tracy Wood Bat Memorial Tournament..
Date: May 21 and 22
Location: Thunder Park Roscoe, IL.
Type of Format: We will be hosting 8 teams and a four game guarantee. Each team will play three pool play games on Saturday. We will have the two pools of 4 feeding into a single elimination tournament on Sunday.
Pool A will be: NAFA AAA/AA Major/AA
Pool B will be: NAFA A major/A
We will seed the single elimination off of finish in the brackets to balance out the play on Sunday.
Cost: 250 Dollars
Wood bats will be provided for teams to use. This will be a great tune up for the NAFA Midwest Wood Bat World Series to be held in Walcot, Iowa on June 3-5 and for the Illinois ASA Wood Bat State Tournament to be held in Vandalia, IL on July 29-July 31st.
