AN UPDATE ON TUESDAY, MAY 17
The Hammer would like to thank all the teams for attending this years weather challenged event, especially the teams enduring the ridiculous weather on the last two Saturday evening games. Puslinch, Palermo and Linwood braved it out for those 5 inning games and Quyon for the long drive to come and get soaked all day Saturday. We have to thank the umpire crew again for doing a great job and for enduring the tough weekend and getting as many games in as we did. Many teams were very supportive of the food and beverage area also, even though it was likely easier to not stick around. We would like to thank Blair for sending in some updates and covering up for one of our many weaknesses.
