I was able to catch the NAFA AA qualifier in Omaha, NE on the 21st and the 22nd. The 8 team field featured Palazzo’s Java Hut of Des Moines, Omaha Fastpitch, Crow Bar and the Topeka Toro's with 4 other teams rounding out the field. Topeka took the tournament with a 5-1 record beating Palazzo’s Java Hut in the final 8-2. In the semi-final Topeka defeated Omaha fastpitch 3-0 with Darren Dupsky taking the loss. Toro's Brian Younger pitched his way to a 5-0 record shutting out Omaha in the Semis and holding Pollazo's to 2 runs in the final. Both Palazzo’s Java Hut and the Topeka Toro's will be in Walcott, IA for the Memorial Day Weekend Tournament on May 29th
