theswitchMONEYBALL 2015 is shaping up as a massive year with both new teams attending and familiar colours returning from the inaugural theswitchMONEYBALL 2014 to compete for Australia's largest first prize money fastpitch softball tournament- Sept 25-27 at Ipswich Softball Association.

We would like to announce just some of the teams that are confirmed to be competing this year:
Toowoomba Dodgers make a return in 2015. After another strong year in their local competition the Dodgers will be looking forward to be competing at the money end of the weekend
The Victoria Point Sharks are back to compete in 2015. Always putting in a strong showing and after winning the Club Classic earlier in 2015, the Sharks are looking to continue their winning ways this September
New to theswitchMONEYBALL and hailing from Canberra the Namadgi Dragons will be bringing a world class pitching and hitting arsenal to have a red hot crack at the prizemoney
The Brisbane Bluesox will be lead by ex Aussie Steelers big hitter David Metekingi and are a welcome addition to the 2015 line-up
We are excited to announce the dynasty of the Redlands based Scorpions Softball Club will be making their return to Open Men's competition ball at theswitchMONEYBALL this year. With a swag of national representatives graduating through the ranks of Scorpions over the years we can't wait to see the talent on display!
The Ipswich Musketeers will be displaying their local talent and looking to improve with a mix of youth and experience in front of the home crowd
The mighty Bruins, stalwarts on the local scene, will be bringing their brown and orange style to the diamonds again in 2015!

We are still working hard to secure our goal of ten teams to enable the first prize to be boosted to $10,000!

The home run contest will return in 2015 with each team nominating their hottest hitter to have a tilt at the cash prize which will be a highlight on the schedule! We will also again showcase a Master's Exhibition Match where the talent from yesteryear can show the young guns how its done.

theswitchMONEYBALL 2015 will be on the NRL and AFL Preliminary Finals weekend and there will be a large screen in the bar to ensure you can keep up to date with your team's performance.
