The University of Saskatchewan Women's Softball team win bronze at the CCSA

The University of Saskatchewan Women's Softball Team traveled to Durham
College in Oshawa Ontario for the Canadian College Softball Association
National Championship over the Thanksgiving Long Weekend. After finishing
first in Pool B they advanced the directly to Sunday's semi-final where they
lost 10-7, to the eventual gold medalist from St. Clair College in Windsor
Ontario. They followed that disappointing loss with a 3-1 win over Laurier
to claim the Bronze medal. Two players were recognized for their outstanding
performance: Dana Lahti was named a tournament All-star and Haley Volk won
the top batter award.
