Mental Health PSA

May 3, 2016

Toronto, ON - Mental Health PSA

It is Mental Health Week in Canada. This serious, life-altering condition affects one in five Canadians and far too often, people suffer in silence, unwilling to ask for help because of the stigma around mental health problems.

The Ballpark Broadcasting/ISC Network team is producing a public service video this summer to support good mental health initiatives. We need your help.

When your team is together at the park, use your phone or an iPad to take a video of your team saying: TRUST YOUR TEAMMATES!

Email the clip to Blair Setford and your team will be included in the PSA video to be debuted during the ISC World Tournament in August.

Our game of fastball is a team game. We need to encourage any teammates who may be suffering in silence to trust that asking for help means wanting to make positive changes. To take steps towards new mental health goals.

Getting help is part of recovery.

We look forward to seeing contributions from across North America and hopefully from around the world!
