With the score now 3-1, Appin loaded the bases in the top of the seventh, but Alvinston recorded the next two ourts, before Jordan Bray emptied the bases with a triple to the left-field fence, plating three runs, and giving Appin a 6-1 lead.  Alvinston had no bite back in the 7th, and Appin finished with a 6-1 win, and a 2-0 lead in the best of 5 series.
