Softball Ontario is launching the Fall/Winter webinar series.

November 27, 2017

Toronto, ON - - Softball Ontario is launching the Fall/Winter webinar series.

Coaches can register online to pick up coaching tips and earn PD points from the comfort of their own home. The NCCP is now asking coaches to maintain their certification by participating in Professional Development opportunities. Softball Ontario has created a number of initiatives to make this easier for coaches such as the webinar series.

The next season will begin on December 5th with Alison Bradley speaking about "Preparation". Alison will give specific examples from her playing and coaching career about how preparation helped her success and give coaches practical tools to use with their own teams.

Alison Bradley is a 2-time Olympian (2004-2008) and an 8-year veteran of the National Team program. After retiring in 2009, Alison joined Softball Canada in the capacity of Team Leader, and then in 2010 as an Assistant Coach with the Junior Women's National Team. Following the Junior Women's World Championships in 2013, Alison took on the role of Program Manager for the Women's National Teams, a position she held until August 2017. Alison is currently the Dean of Students at a middle school in Boulder City, NV.
