Sunday update from Gary:

 

The North East Naturals I think from Pottstown PA won the Florida event. Juan Potolicchio was the winning pitcher. Ostrander Norsemen from  Ostrander MN Finished 2nd Jeff Farrian was the losing pitcher. final score 6-1. Nick McCurry a great friend and softball fan, sponsor and USA National team coach sent me the info for this event. Most Oustanding Pitcher was Jorge Segura and the Most Valuable Player was Bryan Abrey.

 

Nick told meThe park was a beautiful park. The ground crew did an excellent job between games. Access to the park is easy and the seating good. The lighting is great and he said they have an above average snack bar. Which is always important to me.

 

 

Sending all scores to Al for posting made a few name corrections. They expected rain today so the player extra games yesterday. Nick said it was close to raining when I talked to him.  

 

 

Bout time for some ball New Zealand has several tournaments but I can't seem to get reports with winning and losing pitchers. Their Nationals will be on line and they will stream some games.

Australian Nationals were held January 14th to January 20th. New South Wales won the event ending a streak by ACT of several years. Harrison Peters won the finals 2-1 for New South Wales losing Pitcher  for ACT was Adam Folkard.
