A number of my friends and I are looking for our old friend Roger May.

Roger lived in Etobicoke for a number of years in the same apartment building and we have been unable to reach him.

Mail to his former address is returned to sender by Canada Post, address unknown.

His phone number is no longer in service.

None of his former email addresses work now.

Has anyone seen or heard from Roger May?

If you go to our website, http://www.alsfastball.com/ and use the Search box in the upper right hand corner, and search for the words Roger May, you will find a number of articles over the years where Roger is mentioned and/or that he actually wrote.

Roger was my Go To Guy for anything related to Fastball in Ontario, and Canada and for that matter, almost anywhere.

When I met Roger in 1994 at the ISC World Tournament in Summerside, PEI, Roger was the ISC Commissioner for Ontario.  He was very well known and involved in the sport of fastball. At some point, Roger's interest in the men's game dropped off and he became passionate about the women's game.  He travelled North America in his van to watch many women's tournaments.  He often took in visits to MLB baseball parks while on the road for softball.

Roger May was a good friend of noted sofball photographer Bill Newman and a few years back, Roger set up a website to honour Bill and it had thousands of photos by Bill Newman. Roger May's Tribute to Bill Newman's Photo Library  (sadly, this site is gone)

We have a Fastball News Group on Facebook and recently we posted a great story by Roger May on Marty Kernaghan. Marty Kernaghan - HoF - 2002

MARTY KERNAGHAN, PLAYER - -by Roger May - posted on Facebook 11 January 2021 and it caught a lot of attention.

If anyone has any information on Roger May, PLEASE let me know!
