Hey Al and Fastball Community,
On behalf of the Golden Horseshoe Fastball League, I wanted to spread the word that we are looking for new teams to either join the league full time or perhaps a minimal interlock schedule with another league? The league has been in existence since 2003 and has provided fastball players a competitive environment to keep their skills honed throughout the summer season. The GHFL is down to 5 teams. Waterdown Hammer, Hamilton Pirates, Niagara Snappers, Niagara Dawgs and Niagara Regency and is hoping to expand or possibly interlock with another league that might have interest.
