(Fredericton, NB) – Softball Canada is very pleased to releasethe list of players who have been selected to represent Canada at the 2009 ISFSenior Men’s World Championships, which will take place from July 17-26 inSaskatoon, Saskatchewan. The official announcement was made at the SoftballCanada Annual General Meeting in Fredericton.

“Naming the final roster was a difficult task because anumber of players stepped forward in 2008 and proved they are world class intheir own right” stated Mark Smith, Head Coach of the Canadian Team. “Nowthe real work begins. The toughest part of the journey is ahead and we’ve got alot of work to do.”
