The International Softball Congress (ISC) tournament is back in Kitchener in just seven days and the legends of the game are coming with it!
As the fourth time hosting this prestigious event, the Kitchener host committee has continued to unveil new initiatives that have had a lasting effect and this year will be no different. Friday night (August 8th) will include a number of events to kick-off the World Tournament, including Legends of the ISC: A night of Fastball stories, wisdom and laughter" at Peter Hallman Ball Yard at 9:00 pm.
This intimate panel will include stories of the past, present and future of the game and will feature Canadian and American athletes that you will not want to miss. Sparked by the legends themselves who want to encourage participation for the athletes of tomorrow and give back to the game they have dedicated so much time to, fans will be treated to tails of heartache, triumph, and plenty of laughs under the night sky in preparation for the opening pitch on Saturday.
The panel will include Todd Martin, Darren Zack, Dean Holoien, Todd Budke and Sean O'Brien, being emceed by Jody Eidt.
Fans and media are invited to join us in the tent at Peter Hallman Ball Yard on Friday, August 8th following the Angels in the Outfield ceremony for this night of great stories.
