Cobourg FORCE Wins ISC Legends Championship for 3^RD Time

The Cobourg FORCE won the 2014 ISC Legends Tournament in Kitchener, Ontario on the weekend.

 

The tournament hosted 10 fastball teams from North America. The Cobourg FORCE supported an overall 5-2 record in the tournament; 2-2 in pool-play and turned it up on Saturday to support a 3-0 record in the playoffs. It was a very exiting day Saturday as the FORCE got better as the tournament went on. The final game was a thrilling back and forth contest with the FORCE finally coming out on top in 10 innings against the much-heralded Toronto Gators.

 

With this win, the FORCE has become arguably the most successful Masters / Legends team in the history of fastball. The FORCE from its inception in 2007, have competed in 2 OASA Masters tournaments (2007 & 2009) and were victorious on both occasions. In 2010, the FORCE moved to the ISC Legends division and have three ISC Legends Championships, one Finalist and one 3^rd place finish in the 5yr history of the ISC Legends Tournament.

 

I want to thank everyone who participated in the FORCE win, e.g., players, family, our fans, etc. who supported us so much over the weekend and the year.
