The Western Australian based Mariners will complete the teams competing for theswitchMONEYBALL Fastpitch Softball Tournament, to be held at Ipswich, Queensland October 10-12, 2014.

Mariners have a hot lineup with Australian representatives all through their squad. Spearheaded by the number one ranked pitcher in the world Adam Folkhard (International Softball Congress World Tournament Best Pitcher 2014- ISC Champions Six Nations Hill United Chiefs) the Mariners will be looking to continue their fine form having won a swag of titles in recent years.

Fresh from a second placing for the Kitchener Hallmark Twins at the 2014 ISC World Tournament in Canada, Zenon Winters will be looking to continue his winning ways playing at his home association of Ipswich. As will fellow Aussie Steeler Nathan Jones who has well over 100 games of international representative experience and is regarded as the safest glove going round.

The Mariners will be looking to win the inaugural theswitchMONEYBALL and take home the largest first prize for a fastpitch tournament in Australian history. A question remains though- who will Mariners nominate to step up to the plate and contest the Plus Fitness 24/7 Windsor Home Run Contest on the Saturday afternoon with the chance to pocket a cool $1000???
