UPDATE 18 JANUARY 2015:

Okay teams. Here is the latest edition of the schedule. Please destroy any previous versions you may have had. This version will be sent to the team contact we have on record this week, along with registration and check-in information, and the tournament information package. Note that registration will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and the mandatory coaches' meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. Registration will be at the AAU National Office at 1910 Hotel Plaza Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830. There will be a player's party at Kitty O'Shea's Pub Thursday night at 8:00 p.m. The first 100 players/coaches to arrive will receive a free wristband. After 100 wristbands have been issued, the cost per additional player will be $15.00. This will be for food and beverage. Hope to see everyone there!

REVISED POOLS AND SCHEDULE AS OF 18 JANUARY

 

 UPDATE 16 JAN:

Here we go.... SHOULD be the last version. We have gone to five-team pools. Note that if any team no-shows the tournament, it will be considered a forfeit. Per the rules, the offended teams will be credited with a win and a score of 3-0 for seeding purposes. Keep watching here for the rules and for the tournament information package. Good luck to all teams!

With the loss of the Nacionales, we may have room in the schedule for some adjustments so teams that are scheduled for three games in a day may be able to be moved around. Keep a watch for additional revisions. The schedule may still be a bit of a work in progress. Thus the "Schedules are Subject to Change" caveat. Please bear with us.

NEW SCHEDULE

 

UPDATE 14 JAN:

Stop the presses. Unfortunately, three Venezuelan teams are unable to make the trip so we are going to have to do some major overhauls to the schedule. We will post a new schedule and pools ASAP.

 Due to the necessary cancellation of some of our Venezuelan teams it became necessary to re-pool and rewrite the schedule. We will go to 5-team pools so that if there are any further cancellations, every team attending will still have four games. Otherwise, you'll have a bonus of playing five or more games. Please keep our Venezuelan friends in your hearts. Their airfare overnight went from $200 to $1780, and that's the least of the problem. Here are the new pools. The new schedule will be posted late this afternoon or tomorrow morning. We appreciate your patience as we deal with this very unusual
