The Preliminary Round is now over, but he last day had a little bit of everything.: dramatic victories,  major personnel updates, a huge upset, a melee on the diamond and suspensions.  You can read all about in edition 8 of Champ’s Chatter.

 

The teams have now been divided into two groups: the top 4 in each pool will play in the Championship Playoff  round and the rest will play in the Placement Round. The four teams playing the night games: Canada vs Australia at 6:30 and Dominican Republic  vs New Zealand, can survive one loss but the rest of the teams are win or go home.
