Canada wins and sets an attendance record

The final score of tonight's  game was 8-3 Canada over Australia. Tonight's game set an all time attendance record for Bob Van Impe Stadium of 7800 fans. Canada gave the fans lots to cheer about getting 7 hits and scoring 8 runs off  Adam Folkard who is considered the best pitcher in the world. The big blast was a 3 run homerun from Jason Hill in the bottom of the 5th.  The win advances Canada into the Semi-Final tomorrow at 5:30 at Bob Van Impe Stadium. Canada has ensured themselves a medal and will be playing Sunday either at 11:30 or 2:30 or both. If they win tomorrow it will be 2:30,  a loss means a game at 11:30 and still a chance at the 2:30 final.
