Good Morning Softball World,
After meeting with the Kimberly Rec Association last night, they have graciously given me and the tournament until May 11 to get enough teams or we will be forced to end a long run of a great tournament. After a lengthy discussion last night, it was decided that we would look at running the tournament on June 5 and 6, making it a two day tournament to help those that might have to travel. Our NAFA travel league does it and seems to work out pretty good for everyone. Right now we have 4 teams committed, with 3 others expressing interest. We have great sponsors lined up for the tourney and a world class association behind the tournament, and would hate to lose that in a day and age where this sport is struggling..
