From Mike Smith comes word of the passing of Chip Savini.
He ran and was involved with many of the top teams in Reading (Berks County, PA) and Eastern PA over the years among those Rasputin's, Ras Deluxe, the Allentown Sunners, DC Tire, the Can-Am Windmillers, PA Power, and a few others.
A great guy, a top coach and mentor, and a credit to our great sport of fastpitch.
RIP Chip!
