The Intercity Men;s competition is heating up with 2 teams in thirdposition after today results at Fraser Park. Porirua City Unitedlead the competition with 12 points and Hutt City United with 9. Fighting for third positions is Giants and Miramar both with two games inhand to complete the round of the competition.
At Fraser park today HCU had a win over Kapiti 7-2 and a 4-0 win overPoneke Kilbirnie. PK then defeated Giants 9-2 in the lategame. Giants had earlier played Miramar going down 5-1 to completethis round.

In the bottom section of the grade Royals and Johnsonville are clearleaders in the points table with Newlands and Hutt Valley Marist rightbehind
Hutt Valley Marist walked away from Fraser Park with a win and a lossgoing down to Royals 8-5 and a great win over Cardinals 4-3.

In the women's competition the bottom intercity final - PK women tookout this year's grade with a win 12 - 2 over local team Tawaat Redwood Park this afternoon.
In the Harry Atkin cup Te Aroha walked away with a slight win over rivalsMiramar 6-5 at the Polo ground while Saints went down to home teamJohnsonville 8-6 at Alexmoore park.
