Host club Regency 76ers win the B side of the tourney

All in all I think everyone had fun, getting some of our normal lives a bit back at least for a weekend I think added to it

Thanks to Mark Korten for doing the field work and converting slo pitch diamonds to fastball diamonds…and Darrin Newson for helping organize and all the participating teams for helping make the event a success. We’d also like to thank the umpire crew who did a great job organized by George Lemaich. There was a dedicated spot for donations to longtime friend and Niagara Falls/St Catharine’s fastball pitcher Andy Hicks who was seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident recently…that also did very well and I am sure Andy and his family will be grateful for the support. The venue as mentioned above is primarily a slo pitch facility and they couldn’t believe the camaraderie amongst the teams in the beer tent it really was amazing to see and for that more than anything else Niagara Falls fastball extends our appreciation to the participating teams and their supporters.

Of course Al as always thanks for your help in keeping the info flowing

Until next time thanks again, peace and good luck everyone in your winter sports…stay safe
