PRESS RELEASE

Only a little more than 24 hours remain to the opening of the World Fastball Invitational 2009 edition, and I'm very happy to report that not only is the set-up and transformation of the park progressing smoothly, but Mother Nature seems to have answered our prayers and will shine down upon us for most of the weekend! Temps will be a little cooler than normal for us this time of year - with highs forecast to only reach the low to mid twenties (celcius/ low 70's fahrenheit). - so bring along a sweater for your evening (early morn too) at the park. Only a small chance of isolated light showers are forecast early Thurs, and into Friday both days have a 30% chance of precip. Sat and Sunday are nothing but sunshine though, so pack your sunscreen too!!
