This game will feature Australia vs Canada approximately 5pm Saturday OR NOT, looks like they played on D2 earlier and Australia won. Canada eliminated, 4th place. Congratulations #TeamCanada @SoftballCanada.

 

5:00pm EST Japan playing Australia, winner to play Argentina in the Championship game.  IT IS on live stream.  FINAL just before 8pm EST, Japan 5-4 over Australia in 9 innings. A very exciting game!  Now Japan play host Argentina for the Gold!  Pointstreak is wrong, still not fixed half hour after the game. But kudos to #Parana2012 for a great job all around!

SATURDAY 8:15PM EST and Japan and Argentina are warming up and its streamed, great quality, local TV cameras from TV station I understand. Super quality.

10:40pm EST and Argentina wins the Gold! A 5 - 0 win over Japan who played well all week but ran out of steam in the final innings in #Parana2012.

Argintina wins the Gold - win over Japan 5 - 0
Japan wins the Silver - they beat Australia score still under discussion
Australia takes Bronze - beat Canada 3 - 2
Canada comes 4th
USA and New Zealand comes 5th
Mexico and Denmark take 6th
