Dave Blackburn Returns from Israel
August 2, 2013
Los Angeles, CA
I have just returned from a glorious 3 weeks in Israel, where I was honored to be selected to throw out the first pitch of the Open Level Gold Medal Fastpitch Game between the USA and Canada.Â
I had my Director of Photography for the movie with me to capture all the action.Â
Â
After the game I was surprised with a half hour ceremony where I became the first player in the History of the World Maccabiah Games to have my Jersey # 7 Permanently retired from my Sport. So no one will ever wear #7 for any country who competes in Softball.Â
