The Kitchener Hallman Twins are pleased to announce that they will kick
off their 2014 fastpitch campaign with a tournament at Kitchener's Peter Hallman
Ball Yard.
The tournament will be named:
The Peter Hallman Memorial Fastpitch Tournament.
The dates will be June 20, 21, 22.
Plans are being made for a two division men's fastpitch tournament.
Eight teams in the Major/Senior division including the hometown Hallman
Twins. Six teams in the Intermediate division.
It looks like it will be 3 games guaranteed for both divisions. All
games at Peter Hallman Ball Yard.
There will be 4 games on the Friday night, all day and evening on
Saturday and Sunday morning and afternoon.
Entry fees and prize money will be released soon.
Al Taylor will be the tournament director.
Al adds this duty to his long fastball career. He is a former Hallman
Twin, and continues to play in the Kitchener Fastball League. He isÂ
respected throughout the fastpitch world and brings a ton of fastball
experience and knowledge to the job.
