ISF XIV Women's World Championship

The Canadian Senior Women's National Team is currently competing at the ISF XIV Women's World Championship, which is taking place from August 15-24 in Haarlem, Netherlands.

ISF X Junior Men's World Championship

The Canadian Junior Men's National Team competed at the ISF X Junior Men's World Championship in Whitehorse, Yukon last month, finishing in 7th place.

Home Run Sports Border Battle

The Home Run Sports Men's Slo-Pitch Border Battle was held last month in Kitchener, ON and was a big success that was well received by all who attended!

Senior Women's National Team Results

Before travelling to Haarlem, Netherlands for the ISF XIV Women's World Championship, the Canadian Senior Women's National Team competed in two events, winning the silver medal at the General Tire World Cup of Softball and the bronze medal at the Canadian Open Fastpitch International Championship, as well as an exhibition series.

Interested in hosting a 2018 or 2019 ISF World Championship?

Softball Canada is looking for Host associations/communities interested in bidding on International Softball Federation (ISF) World Championships in 2018 and 2019.

Canadian Championship Results

The following are the results from all completed 2014 Canadian Championships as well as participation numbers for all upcoming 2014 Canadian Championships. Please note that results were taken from the Pointstreak Statistics Program on each Championship’s individual website. A complete and final report of results will be available in September. Congratulations to all teams, and best of luck in the upcoming Championships!

Officiating Development Committee

Softball Canada is currently accepting nominations for three (3) Deputy Umpire-in-Chief positions on the Officiating Development Committee which will be open as of October 1, 2014. All three positions are 2 year terms.

Softball Canada UmpSchool

As a Softball Canada umpire, you can continue to take advantage of an effective and updated tool as you study the rules for the upcoming season, prepare for the certification examination or get ready for your big provincial tournament or Canadian Championship.
