The Alvinston Indians are holding a recreational fastball tournament on July 2nd and 3rd. Â This will be an 8 team tournament with 3 games guaranteed. Â We have 4 teams at the moment and are looking to add 4 more.Â
The Alvinston Indians are holding a recreational fastball tournament on July 2nd and 3rd. This will be an 8 team tournament with 3 games guaranteed. We have 4 teams at the moment and are looking to add 4 more. Entry fee will be $450. Prize money with 8 teams will be as follows.
1st place- $900
2nd place- $700
$40 per win in round robin play.
No top level ISC or National team pitchers. If you have questions about a players eligibility please feel free to contact us to inquire.
There should be lots of people around the park with Canada day weekend festivities and a 2 pitch tournament also taking place. Beer garden and food booths will be available all weekend. Camping could be set up at the park, or Campbell Conservation Area, which is about a 10 minute drive from the ball park.
Funds will support the Alvinston Indians Senior Men's team attending the Canadian Championship in St. John's, Newfoundland.
