ASA Major Registration

The ASA Men's Major National Championship will be held August 4-7 at historic and beautiful Sunset Park in Kimberly, Wisconsin. I've listed the steps in successfully registering:

· Obtain roster and liability waiver from commissioner of the state the team is domiciled

· Roster is filled out with name, birthday, and address.

· Roster and waiver form signed by the home commissioner.

· Form returned to the team.

· Forms and entry fee of $450 made out to KRA mailed to Dan Bolwerk by July 1 deadline.
