The Quad Cities Classic will be held in Walcott IA. Walcott IA has held tournaments for for maybe 30 years. Iowa Ara Qualifier is a staple there. Pat Sullivan retired ISC VP was the man who brought the qualifier to Walcott. Hosted By the fine folks in Walcott with Larry Koberg the tournament Director. Several organizations man the concession stands at the two parks. Wescott Park and Victory Park have seen many games The food is great. I like the pork chop sandwiches best. But everything is good. Ron Foster has run tournamrent s with Larry for several years. I am lucky to have known these folks for many many years. Spent many a weekend in Walcott. If you are in thre area stop in this weekend. 4 good teams will be playing. Get to send box scores to Al for posting.Â
