McDonald played 16-years in the Senior League from 1993-2010. A slick infielder over his career McDonald only made two previous pitching appearances, both in relief, in the Senior League, one in 2005 (0-1, 1IP, 3R, 1H, 2BB, 1K) and one in 2006 (0-0, 1IP, 1R, 2H, 2BB, 0K), as a member of Roebothan McKay Marshall.

 

McDonald has been playing and pitching in the CBC Men's Fastpitch League the last number of seasons.

With The Game Tied 4-4, CF Brad Ezekiel made an unbelievable highlight reel catch in the Top of the 7th Inning. With 1-Out: Riley Kenny connected on a McDonald offering and it looked like a sure Home Run to left-centerfield, but Brad Ezekiel went up, reached across his body on his backhand and brought the ball back into the park for the second out of the inning to keep the game tied 4-4.
