Team Ontario is pleased to announce that they will be playing a men's fastpitch softball doubleheader friendly in Aberfoyle as a final weekend of preparation leading up to the 50th Canada Summer Games in Winnipeg.

The games, to be played against the local Puslinch Kodiak men's team, are scheduled for July 22 at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the Aberfoyle Community Centre. Admission to the games is free and fans are encouraged to attend to watch high quality men's fastball.

Team Ontario intends on meeting for a pre-game training session prior to the doubleheader to refine technical strategies and work out final details for team logistics for the Games. The team will also be recording some promotional videos for the Ontario Amateur Softball Association, demonstrating some skills to help upgrade the current National Coaching Certification Program coaching modules using current elite skill level athletes.
