Announcement of 2007 ISC Male Developmental Fastball Tourneys
The ISC Developmental program would like to
announce the sites and dates for the ISC Male Developmental Fastball
Tournaments in 2007.
The ISC Jr Men's 23 & Under Fastball Tourney will be
played in Walcott, Iowa June 29-July 1, 2007 weekend at beautiful Victory and Wescott parks,
directed by Larry Koberg of the Walcott Softball Organization.
The Under 19/ 18 & Under Boys' Fastball Tourney will once again be contested in
Frankenmuth, Michigan at Heritage park under the direction of ISC
commissioner Tom Stasik on July 6-8, 2007.
The top finishing teams at this Under 19 Boys Tourney will receive invites to the
ISC Under 19 playoff in Kitchener, Ontario during the ISC Men's World Tournament and ISC
II Tourney of Champions August 10-18.
This playoff will likely be expanded from the usual 4 teams to five or six due to team interest and host
committee wilingness to accommodate a larger field of teams.
2006 ISC Under 19 Boys' Fastball champions, Baltimore (MD) Fastpitch has committed to
return; a team from Prince Edward Island, Canada has also committed and ISC
Developmental Vice President Wayne Fisher is awaiting word from the Czech
Republic Under 19 team about entering this fastball event.
