Good Day, 
 
My apologies for not getting this out there sooner. At present we have 12 teams that I will list to confirm participation in this year's Cephas Roth Tournament in Tavistock July 12th - 15th. 
What I need from all of you is the following: 
 
1. A confirmation that you are in that includes your full team name with sponsor if so desired. We never want to forget the great sponsors of the game. 
 
2. Any additional email addresses you would like included for group correspondence for this year's event.

Kitchener Cubs 
 
Waterdown First Ontario Hammer

Kitchener Diamond Jaxx 
 
The above 12 teams are the included teams at this time. We do have one team on a waiting list and another that has expressed interest as well. 
 
Please let me know for sure that we will see you July 12th - 15th IN Tavistock, Ontario and we will carry forward from there.
