ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 Poll Week 1 View the Top 25 Poll After an opening weekend in which they outscored opponents 39-5, the UCLA Bruins (5-0), have been tabbed No. 1 in the first regular season ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 Poll. The Bruins collected 17-of-20 first-place votes while the remaining first-place votes were awarded to No. 2 Florida State (5-0), two votes, and No. 4 Florida (5-0), one vote. No. 3 Oklahoma (5-0) and No. 5 Washington (4-1) round out the Top 5 in the Week 1 Top 25 Poll.   The ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 Poll is voted on by coaching representatives of 10 Division I Conferences in the 10 USA Softball Regions as well as members of the National and Local media who consistently cover Division I Softball across the country. Â
