The Learn to Coach Clinic offers coaches the opportunity to become Trained Community Coaches recognized by the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).  Aimed at coaches who are working with players under the age of twelve (12) years, the Learn to Coach Clinics are a great way to build confidence in new volunteer coaches and improve the quality of coaching within your Softball Association.  Trained Coaches will be able to introduce players to the game of softball in a safe, fun and inclusive environment regardless of the player’s skill level.

Free Learn to Coach Clinics have an approximate value of $45 (plus GST) per participant.  For 2007 only, Associations who did not receive one of the twenty free clinics have the opportunity to host a Learn to Coach Clinic at the discounted rate of $28.50 (including GST) per participant.  Discounted clinics are still available; email Lisa Crompton at lcrompton@softballontario.ca for more details or to book your Learn to Coach Clinic.

For more information on the Learn to Play Clinics or for information on how to attend one of the free clinics, contact Lisa Crompton at lcrompton@softballontario.ca or call 416-426-7150.
