Week 14

After helping Drake become the first-ever Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) squad to sweep back-to-back regular season and conference tournament titles, Nicole Newman (Madison, Wis.) has earned the final USA Softball CollegiateÂ Player of the Week honor for the 2019 season. Newman recorded double-digit strikeouts in each outing in the circle at the MVC tournament while picking up her fifth perfect game of the season.
