OKLAHOMA CITY – The dream of stepping on the hallowed grounds of the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex becomes possible for 360 athletes at the third annual USA Softball All-American Games.  Slated for June 8-June 10, the USA Softball All-American Games, which aims to provide national exposure to elite athletes in the 12-Under Junior Olympic (JO) fast pitch division, 24 teams representing their respective regions compete amongst the best in the nation.

“USA Softball welcomes the athletes, coaches and umpires selected to represent their respective regions at the USA Softball 12-Under All-American Games,” said USA Softball Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Craig Cress.  “This weekend will be one that these participants remember for the rest of their lives, not only both for the memories made but also for the friendships that are created. The competition will be tough, and we look forward to watching the teams compete for the All-American Games title."
 
All participating players had an opportunity to participate in Softball Factory’s Player Camp on Friday, June 7, while the parents and families in attendance were being treated to a Q&A on the college recruiting process, including critical information on the recruiting process, along with the recruiting calendar and pitfalls to avoid.
 
A meet-and-greet with 2019 USA Softball Women’s National Team (WNT) members Haylie McCleney, Michelle Moultrie and Delaney Spaulding will be followed by the Opening Ceremony today at 1:30 p.m. CT to officially kick off the USA Softball All-American Games. Participants will be treated to a motivational speech by Keynote Speaker and Hall of Fame member, Sue Enquist.
 
Teams will begin Pool Play tonight at 4 p.m. CT, with a three-game guarantee through Sunday. All teams will play two pool play games which will determine the single-elimination bracket which begins on Monday, June 10.
 
The USA Softball All-American Games marks the second event to be held at the newly-renovated USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium – OGE Energy Field. Renovations, which were unveiled for the 2019 NCAA Women’s College World Seriesâ (WCWS), include a brand new, three-story pressbox and box offices with a new entrance façade. Following the conclusion of the USA Softball All-American Games, the facility will shut down for the remainder of the 2019 season for the final phase of renovations which will increase the seating capacity by 4,000 seats and add additional restrooms and concession stands.
 
Admission, which will be sold at the gate of the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex, is $5 per-day for spectators, with free admission for children five-and-under. Additional information including the tournament schedule and rosters can be found at USASoftball.com.
