The event will be held April 3-5, 2020 with the first round games starting Friday at noon, and the Championship games scheduled for 3:00 PM on Sunday.

This is a friendly reminder that the $585 entry fee due date of March 1, 2020 is quickly approaching. Teams must pay by the due date, otherwise, come March 2, 2020 teams that are on the waiting list who have paid will be entered into the tournament and the team(s) at the bottom of the list will run the risk of not participating.

Please monitor our SCIFL Website to view what teams have paid and/or for any updates.

 

Payment

There are two ways of paying your entry fee to ensure you meet the due date and not lose your spot. You can pay online, which is the quickest way, by visiting our website and clicking on the Pay Online button on the left hand side column or by check.

Host Hotel - ARIZONA CHARLIE’S BOULDER

In order to receive the special rate of $70 per night for Friday and Saturday, and $40 per night for Thursday and Sunday you must book by midnight of cut-off date March 19, 2020.

***Please keep in mind there are only a select amount of rooms at this rate and if those rooms are sold out before the cut-off, it will revert back to the hotel’s going rate. ***

There are still some rooms available at this time but they are selling out quickly so make your reservations by calling 800-362-4040 and use the reference code C-SCI20 or mention So Cal Independent Fast Pitch League to book your rooms. If you need to book more than three (3) rooms on the same credit card, please contact Kathy Brennan at 702-951-5942 in the group sales department and she will be more than happy to assist you. Also, if the 800 say’s they do not have the SCIFL listing, please call Kathy to book your room. If she is not there, leave a message and she will get back to you.
