Cambridge, ON - - 2021 Ontario Challenge Cup (OCC) Tournament
ISC Canada East is pleased to announce full details for the 2021 Ontario Challenge Cup (OCC) Tournament.
The OCC will be held September 17-19 at Cambridge Sports Park, 1001 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge.
As has been the tradition for this tournament over the past nearly 20 years, this event will be reserved for league teams.
New for this year only, we will be accepting entries from ALL league teams to give as many teams as possible an opportunity for early qualification for the 2022 ISC World Tournament.
The usual pick-ups rule will still be in place – two players from within a team’s league.
With the Covid-19 requirements that are in effect, we regret to say that our entry fee will be a bit higher than normal and will be $565. Entry fees will only be accepted by safe, secure e-transfer to blairjs@gmail.com. Deadline for entries is Sept 10, 2021.
To ensure value, the tournament will be pool play with a single elimination playoff bracket for qualifying teams, guaranteeing each team a minimum of three games.         Â
