Paul Papulkas Passes

March 22, 2022

Markham, ON - - Paul Papulkas Passes

In Loving Memory of Paul Papulkas

Suddenly, at home at the age of 53 on March 19, 2022, Paul was called to his “FIeld of Dreams”. Beloved husband and best friend to Colleen, devoted and loving father to Harper and Owen, survived by his parents Steve and Jenny, sisters Eleny (Jim) and Katina (Oliver), nieces Anastasia, Katherine, Mikhaila and Zoe, son-in-law to Bob (deceased) and Helen Boyes, brother-in-law to Sean (Annette) nephew Reid, step-nephew Brody, and step-nieces Tianna and Autumn.  Will be missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Monumental loss to his vast group of friends and teammates. Paul grew up in Scarborough where he developed his love of sports as an athlete, fan and parent. Paul’s engaging personality coupled with his quick wit and ability to win both sides of an argument, drew people to him. Paul could be found in his three favourite places: sleeping on the sidewalk in front of Maple Leaf Gardens for playoff tickets; sitting at a poker table at the casino (or in the basement); and lounging on the dock at the cottage.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Scarborough Health Network Foundation and their Love, Scarborough Campaign.
