It is with great enthusiasm that I introduce the 2023 ISC WT Umpire Blue Crew. First, I’d like to introduce Don Cook (Sun City Center, FL), serving as the Deputy UIC for his 5th year. The crew of 19 umpires consists of 11 from the USA, 5 from Canada, and 1 each from Argentina, Czech Republic and New Zealand, and two first-year ISC WT umpires.
