2024 TOURNAMENTS
Kitchener Fastball Promotions is happy to announce that this year they are hosting the 2024 CCaPeter Hallman nada anadian Men’s U23 Fast Pitch championship for Softball at Ballyard in Kitchener beginning on Tuesday July 30th. Defending champions Tavistock Merchants will be back in the fray along with three other Ontario teams (Shallow Lake, Chatsworth, Harwood) as well as provincial entries representing Nova Scotia, Newfoundland/Labrador and Saskatchewan.
Festivities kick off on the Tuesday with a ceremony for Angels in the Outfield at 5 pm, at 5:30 pm the Village Caterers food truck and the beer tent will be available as we set up for a Home Run Derby with representatives from all teams for the rest of the evening. Tournament games commence at 11 am on Wednesday morning July 31st and go through to the weekend to the championship games on Sunday August 4th.
Also on tap is the annual Peter Hallman Memorial tournament starting on Friday July 26th at Peter Hallman ballyard at 7 pm and running until Sunday July 28th. This will feature the Toronto Batmen, Ohsweken Redmen, Micksburg Twins, Nova Scotia Mastodons, Georgian Bay Giants, Chippewa Chiefs, Waterdown Hammer and Tavistock Merchants.
