The ISF World Cup Men’s Fast pitch is starting after only seven days ! I have to confirm all things is already prepared. I would like to thank to all of the teams for sent information about the teams.We have thematerials for the brochure and also for the Czech television.
Game schedule:
The Czech television will give special attention to this tournament. Because of quite many sport events on Sunday the free time in Czech television is slightly later for final game. Like we informed you on Tournament Info Nr.1 thefinal game will be live covered by Czech television. The time for the live covered is since 5:30 p.m. It means the finale game will be played on Sunday June 24th since 5:30p.m.
We also agreed with Czech television fifth live covered game–semifinal on Saturday June 23rd since 8 p.m. The time schedule of semifinals games will be stated after final standing after roundrobin, because if the Czech Republic play Semifinal game, this game will be played at 8 p.m.
The Czech television offered all telecasts to EBU (European Broadcasting Union) for using this for broadcasting network.
TechnicalMeeting:
Technical meeting will be organized on Sunday June17th at 8p.m.on the stadium and it is for the coaches. Two members of the delegation are allowed for the Technical meeting.We will organize the transport fromy our hotel. The bus will ready
in front of the TOPHOTEL at 7:30 p.m. All technical things of the tournament including introducing oft ournament staff will be introduced on the Technical Meeting.
Ceremonies:
We already informed you about welcome by mayor of Prague. Mayor of Prague welcomes heads of each delegation in the historical rooms of town hall. The reception willbe held on Monday June18th at10:30a.m. Firstly will run short visit of historical buildings of town hall and at 11 a.m. will run welcome by Mayor of the Prague. The bus will be ready at 9:30 a.m.infrontoftheTOPHOTEL.
