participate in OASA Provincial and Elimination Tournaments of the following
team affiliation dates for the 2006 tournament schedule.
DATE SERIES
May 25 2006 Peewee, Bantam, Midget, Junior
June 1 2006 Jr. Mite, Mite, Squirt
June 15 2006 Intermediate, Masters, Grand Masters
June 30 2006 Senior
Signed team certificates must be returned to the OASA Registrar
by the following dates.
