New Zealand Black Sox Tour Ontario
I would like to say what an honour and a privilege it was to travel and work with the New Zealand Black Sox this past week. I had last traveled with the Black Sox in Australia in 1999 and must say their level of professionalism and dedication has not wavered one little bit. The Black Sox work ethic and team spirit are amazing to observe first hand. Special thanks to Coach Eddie Kohlhase and Manager Wayne Small for their cooperation and support during the tour and the entire Black Sox organization for their kindness and friendship. It wasgreat working with you mates. Also special thanks to Larry Lynch and Neil Fennell the tour organizers who invited me along. Your hard work this past week helped make the tour a great success. The games were enjoyed by many fans and the school visits and clinics will be remembered by many future softball stars for years to come. You two gentlemen deserve a big vote of thanks. I hope you get some rest this week.

To the tour hosts in Jarvis, Tavistock, Orillia, Sebringville and Kitchener, THANK YOU for organizing your local events, each of which turned out to be a "night to remember".

To all the Fastball scribes out there, keep the results coming in.
