Civitan Sports - Waterloo Region and Softball Canada are pleased to announce that Canada's National Women's Team 2006 Ontario Tour will commence in Kitchener June 14th 2006.
All sessions will be open to the public for viewing. On July 20th the Elite team will leave for Michigan and the New England Riptide from Lowell Mass. will join our Senior team for a four
game series. New England Riptide are members of the Women's Professional League in the States.
Both Canada's Senior and Elite team will train daily:
at Budd Park -- June 15 and 16th at: 8am - 12noon, 2 - 5pm and 7 - 9pm
-- June 18th --- 8am - 12 noon
-- June 19th --- 8am - 12 noon
-- June 20th --- 8am - 12 noon, 2 - 5pm, 7 - 9 pm
-- June 21st --- 8am - 12 noon, 2 - 5pm, 7 - 9pm
at Peter Hallman Ball Yard
-- June 17th: --- 8am - 12 noon
--- 1- 4 pm they will participate with 5 -7 year old boys and girls
in a "Learn to Play" beginners clinic.
--- 7- 9 pm training
--- June 22nd --- 8 am - 12 noon
--- 5 pm - 7 pm pre game warm-up
--- 7 pm Game -- Canada vs. New England Riptide
--- June 23rd --- 8 am -- 12 noon
--- June 24th --- 8 am -- 12 noon
--- 5 pm - 7 pm pre game warm-up
--- 7 pm game -- Canada vs. New England Riptide
--- June 25th --- 11am - 1 pm pregame warm-up
--- 1 pm Game -- Canada vs. New England Riptide
