*Notes – Elkland was missing two of the teams best players this weekend, Shortstop Bryan Miller and pitcher/slugger Gregg Garrity….Elkland added a raw beginner to their offense in University of Florida outfielder Chris Petrie, who quickly discovered that fastpitch is a different game than baseball, but the team enjoyed having him in attendance for the weekend….Elkland was also grateful to have pitcher Jeff Murphy for the weekend who threw very well for the team…Elkland will next play in the NSA World Series on August 3rd through the 5th in Salsbury, Maryland.
